A graduate in Business Administration from Universidad Univer del Centro (2008–2011), he is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Grupo CA Capital in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Honduras. He also serves as CEO and partner of Menospagos S.A. de C.V. SOFOM E.N.R. in Mexico, Commercial Director and partner of Crediaxis S.A. de C.V., and founding partner and Board member of Credifiel S.A. de C.V., leading the development, expansion, and governance of financial institutions throughout the region.

FINANCIAL MANAGER
Graduated in Financial Administration from ITESM (2005) and completed a program in Entrepreneurship and Business Development at Maastricht University (2007). I worked at Procter & Gamble and Bancomext before joining Grupo Salinas (2007–2012) as New Business Manager, focusing on project viability and financial analysis.
In 2012, I joined JL Lloret’s payroll-deduction lending companies, first as Portfolio Recovery Manager at Crediaxis, improving recovery processes and maintaining a low default rates. In 2017, I became Director of Administration and Finance, overseeing fiscal planning, financing, banking relations, treasury, and portfolio recovery.

MICHELLE GALKER
ARCHITECT & DESIGNER
CREATIVE DIRECTOR & EXPERIENCE CURATOR
A multidisciplinary artist devoted to creating immersive worlds, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Diploma in Interior Design, currently Lead Designer for the Rodavento Hotels group.
Driven by creative expression, I founded Gardeni Studio in 2018, the home for all my projects across architecture, interior design, visual storytelling, branding, photography, and more, guided by the belief that art lives everywhere.
Since 2024, I have expanded my work as a creative director, producing experiences and events in Mexico, New York, and Miami, shaped by a deep understanding of community, atmosphere, and collective connection.
This path led me to create in 2025 Fairy Sanctuary, a nature-inspired immersive experience devoted to sensory exploration, ceremony, and reconnection.

ANDREW GOLDIN
PRODUCER & HR DIRECTOR
I graduated from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management in 2009 and launched my first company, Fresh Fanatic, an organic market in Brooklyn that later ranked #58 on Fortune’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Inner-City Businesses.
In 2014, I stepped into the world of nightlife and social wellness by creating When in a Robe, Brooklyn’s first spa party. VICE later named it one of the top 80 experiences in the world, which opened the door for a deeper creative path.
In 2017, I founded Sonic Jungle, a space where I could merge all my passions into one immersive experience, bringing together world-class musicians, artists, healers, and performers across New York, Miami, and Mexico City.
In 2019, opened Gaia Nomaya, a hybrid music, wellness & arts venue.
Today, I’m focused on expanding Sonic Jungle into one of the world’s most unique experiential platforms. Upcoming projects include Art Basel Miami at the and our largest open-air experience yet for Mexico City Art Week 2026.

BENJAMIN Guerrero
CORPORATE AND FINANCIAL LAW SPECIALIST
With extensive experience advising national and international companies on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. I currently lead the legal and regulatory department at JLL Capital, overseeing contracts, financial regulation, corporate matters, litigation, and AML/CTF policies across Mexico and Central America.
Previously, I worked as a Legal Associate at The Bank of New York Mellon, focusing on trust agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate actions during the merger with CI Banco. My legal career began at Notary Public No. 47 in Mexico City, where I handled civil, commercial, and corporate matters, including deeds, company formations, and contracts.

BRAND CREATOR & MARKETING DIRECTOR
With more than fifteen years of experience shaping brands across Latin America, I combine strategic vision and creative intuition to build identities that connect, inspire, and endure. My career began in the world of graphic design and advertising, where I discovered the transformative power of visual storytelling. Since then, I have led national and international campaigns for companies such as Telefónica and Sanofi Aventis, directed marketing strategies for corporate groups in Mexico and Central America, and guided the creation and expansion of new brands in diverse markets.
As Marketing Director, I have overseen the development of brand identities, digital ecosystems, communication strategies, and integrated campaigns. My work brings together creativity, analytical thinking, and digital strategy to ensure that each brand grows with coherence, purpose, and emotional depth.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Design Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing Management and Commercial Strategy, complemented by extensive specializations in branding, naming, content marketing, growth marketing, and digital strategy.
Today, I focus on crafting meaningful brand experiences that merge creativity, culture, and strategy.

He is also a shareholder of Grupo CA Capital, contributing to strategic growth, innovation, and corporate governance across the region.
